wellness, fitness, private trainer, wellness workoutMy name is Julie, and I am the owner of “Wellness & Workout, LLC  which provides effective personal training at your home, workplace, or community.  As a personal trainer I bring the equipment, knowledge and motivation right to you, so you can get and keep the results you want. Couple training and group fitness classes can also be requested.  It is my objective as a personal trainer to help you reach your goal no matter what area it might be in: wellness, fitness, healthy lifestyle.

My Services

I am a nationally certified personal trainer and group fitness instructor, with 20 years of experience in the fitness field. I have a masters degree, which I received at USF in Tampa. I have previously worked as personal trainer at a weight loss center, as an exercise specialist, taught a variety of group fitness classes in gyms, community centers, workplaces, and other facilities for many years. I enjoy training and educating people in the area of fitness and health. I am comfortable working with all ages and fitness levels. I look forward to assisting you becoming a healthier you!

I choose the name “Wellness & Workout” for my company because I like by having me as a personal trainer to promote total wellness along with fitness is a great benefit to my clients. Exercise is not just about looking good, it involves improving physical and mental well being. Wellness & Workout LLC persona training provides customized fitness programs, with YOUR goals, in the privacy of your home, workplace, or community. All the equipment and motivation will be brought to you!


I have 20 years of proven experience in the fitness field much of which I have been a personal trainer. I am nationally certified in personal training, group fitness, and CPR. I hold a Masters Degree and have experience working with all ages and fitness levels.I have previously worked in a weight loss center as an exercise specialist. Helping people become healthy through exercise, so that they reach their goals for fitness and wellness is my primary goal.

Wellness and Fitness

Many think of fitness as being in good physical shape or condition.  Wellness is thought of as being free of diseases or illness.  To be both fit and well we must have a healthy diet and exercise regularly.  Various activities and exercises in varying combinations increase our stamina and endurance.

Being healthy can be stated as the combination of ‘fitness’ as well as ‘wellness’ and overall  having a well being of body, mind and soul.  This means the person feels good on the inside as well as the looks good on the outside.  As a personal trainer it is my goal to merge both these components which Wellness & Workout,  LLC is aiming for. To be well and fit is a choice to assume responsibility for the quality of your life. If begins with a conscious decision to shape a healthy lifestyle. Wellness and fitness are predispositions to adopt a series of key factors in varied life areas that lead to high levels of well-being and life satisfaction.s
